The Blender Network does not refund in any way nor compensate with subscription extensions for the time a page is disabled, unlisted, unpublished or else due to members' non-compliance with the Network guidelines. We usually warn timely our members by sending a written notification to the indicated email followed by reminders, so members are kindly asked to check regularly their inbox and spam folders.

Should instead the service be interrupted for causes that depend on us, we will prolong your subscription for the duration of the service interruption or will personally contact you to discuss how to compensate the outage.
